Watch and jewellery repair workshop
Our workshop staff provide a range of expert jewellery and watchmaker skills in the customising of new purchases as well as providing expert maintenance and repair services for our customers throughout Northern Ireland.
This is an example of the exceptional customer service that has been a strong feature of our business over the past 45 years (see also our qualified Advice and Valuation Service).
The watch and clockmaking skills of Robert Adair, the founder, were the keystone of the original success of the business.
Stuart Adair, who currently runs the business, follows the family tradition and is also a fully trained watch maker who graduated with honours from the Irish Swiss Institute of Horology in Dublin.
Any watch or clock we sell can be serviced by our own craftsmen in the workshop - something very rare in a retail jewellers today. All sorts of jewellery repairs can be carried out, from joining a simple silver chain to altering the size of a valuable diamond ring.
The workshop enables us to adjust, lengthen or shorten any item of jewellery we sell, usually within an hour. You can also be sure that batteries will be fitted by trained watch makers - with waterproof watches being pressure tested if necessary.
The workshop also offers a free ring cleaning service for any diamond ring purchased from us.
